Blagg Tire & Auto Service Grapevine

As a female, it can be intimidating choosing a place to look at your car and to give you an honest report as to what might be wrong with it. I recently was told by an oil change place that I had an oil leak and they wanted $250 just to analyze it. Several other oil change shops quoted me a similar number just to take a look. While I realized it’s no easy task to assess that type of situation, I held off and went to Blagg instead. Curtis and the guys were fantastic and honest. Turned out, it wasn’t my oil but a pretty major transmission issue which they recommended I take to the dealership and hopefully use my extended warranty. They charged me a fraction of what the other place had quoted me which was a huge relief. Side note: These guys have also supported our Grapevine Mustangs Football Team for many years and care about our community.

Took my car here for the state inspection. From the time I arrived to the time I left was 30 minutes. Very quick and easy and the guys were very friendly. Would definitely bring my car back here for service

I chose Blagg Tire and Repair service because we are both members of the Grapevine Chamber Of Commerce so there’s an inherent trust. I have them rebuild the entire front end of my truck and it works great feels great. It drives great feels like a new truck I would recommend them highly.

Adding more to my previous review. Now December 2024 Joe went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me with a tire warranty issue and TWO flat tires the day after Christmas. I will never go anywhere else but Blagg. Thank you so much Joe! You have made a customer for life and I really appreciate this company (Joe especially) for going above and beyond for their customers even when the problem was with a prior tire purchase. They got me two new tires in time to still make holiday plans with my family. Really meant a lot. THANK YOU!!! This review is a little overdue - I have been here twice in the last 2 years and the experience was 10/10 each time. They were able to cover a warranty from a different city tire store in 2022/2023. January 2024 Levi squeezed me in when my car dealership said I had a crack in a tire and a nail in another tire. Levi showed me the crack was superficial and the nail did not puncture the other tire. I was under the impression I would for sure have to buy 1 new tire and Levi said I was all set after triple checking it was good. It's been 3 weeks and he was right. Thank you Levi for being honest and taking the time to triple check. I will use this place for life.

I have used Blagg before for tire and battery replacement, and always had a great experience. This time I needed a new battery. They tested my old one quickly, reviewed results with me clearly and I was back on the road with a replacement quickly, including 2 year replacement warranty. Great job, Blagg! Update: In 2024, I used Blagg to do a tire rotation on a Chevy EV, which involves updating the tire placement position sensors to keep the individual tire pressure readings accurate. Some tire places cannot handle this, I have learned. Blagg took care of the job quickly and easily for a very reasonable price. Once again, Blagg’s crew came through with flying colors.

They are very polite to us women they offered me a special but I just had surgery And couldn't do the special don't know how long I have been going there but they did wishes on my recovery...ohhh my grandson works for blagg tires in grapevine Texas so does the family friend..for awhile..but the service down the street I will always go too.. Andy and Patrick are angels. Yesterday, I was in the front of my child’s pickup line and went to turn my truck back on to no avail. Dead battery!! I was panicking and decided to call Blagg Tire and pray that they could send someone to jump it. Patrick answered the phone, I explained the situation and that I wasn’t even 5 minutes from their shop and he said we’re really busy but let me see what we can do, he went and talked to a mechanic and said I have Andy on the way. Andy showed up and was so incredibly kind, funny (which I desperately needed because I was humiliated) and he was quick, had it running in less than 10 seconds. I asked him if they would have time to change the battery and he said honestly it might be awhile because we’re really busy but stop by, we’ll take care of you. I drove straight there, Andy met me in the lobby, took my keys and changed the battery within 5 minutes. I was so incredibly grateful!! These guys are the absolute kindest souls, knowledgeable, professional, and beyond helpful. Thank you so much for everything, I appreciate what you all did more than you know. 🙏🏻🙌🏼

From the first time I called them until I went to pick up my vehicle, everyone I spoke with at Blagg was friendly, helpful and kind. I know Joe from other autoshops and he is one of the best! He also recommended a great tow from Frank. Sierra that answered the phone when I called to ck on status of repairs was so polite and helpful. Also, they have coupons for work sometimes and the discount was so helpful! In a situation that could have been so stressful, everyone I encountered at Blagg made this a very smooth experience. I would def recommend them to friends!

Everyone from front desk to mechanics are friendly and nice. They give what's the problem that has been identified then talks through the options of what has to be fixed and cost. To be honest, the cost of anything with a car is awful. It is not the places that provide the services as much as that parts are expensive and labor is expensive because the car or truck makers make engines way more complicated than ever. We love this place because they provide great options on tires to mechanical issues. If they cannot fix it then they give you options, and 99.9% they can fix the car.

being an older woman, it is not uncommon to be used and lied to in the automobile industry but L was suggested to go to Blagg Tire & Auto Service because they are known to treat women fairly and with honest decisions of your automobile needs....the gentlemen were kind and allowed me to decide to follow their suggestions of leave it until another session.....I firmly recommend any woman who has an automobile and wants to be fairly treated and honestly recommended for the auto needs to use the Blagg Tire & Auto Service business .

If I could give them 6 stars, I would! Blaggs went above and beyond when they discovered a serious issue with my lug nuts—another shop had installed the wrong ones, which caused my studs to break and posed a significant safety risk. They didn't just stop at finding the problem; they carefully checked all my tires to ensure there were no further issues. When they called to explain, I didn’t quite understand the situation, so Paul invited me to speak directly with the technician, who walked me through everything in detail. On top of that, they provided a thorough write-up of the issue for me to take back to the shop that initially installed the wrong lug nuts, so the remaining studs could be checked and replaced if needed. Blaggs' dedication and care for their customers truly stand out. The original shop even covered my invoice with Blaggs, acknowledging their mistake. I will never go anywhere else—these guys are top-notch and genuinely care about their customers’ safety.

My car is aging and Blagg has brought it back. The people especially Andy K, Patrick, Sierra, really everyone there are very knowledgeable and communicative when I ask questions, as I am a fairly inquisitive person. They have done a lot of work this year on my 11 year old SUV, and every time the work and communication is great. They call you back !! They also quickly and effective fixed a potentially devasting mistake made by another local business when local "Valv" seriously botched a simple transmission fluid flush. HIGHLY recommend this awesome team !

A disposable blade from a utility cutter got imbedded in my wife's car tire. It put a pretty good slice in the tread and leaked fast. My concern about having to replace the tire was promptly calmed and they quickly made a strong repair and got me back on the road. I loved the friendly service from the counter lady and repair techs. The family atmosphere at Blaggs will bring me back there vs the big chain tire stores.

What a blessing! My dealership said my airbag sensor needed to be replaced to the tune of $2800. Esteban at Blagg cleaned up some electrical connections and took care of me for less than $200! I am so very grateful. All the staff are helpful.

Elantra 2015 brake sensor interior needed to be replaced. Traction control light would stay on, no cruise control, and brake lights would stay on draining the battery. Total cost was $182: $100 for labor, $67 for a part, $13 which I don't understand, and a $1.12 for tax. The only disappointing part of this review is the car would not start when we picked it up. They replace the battery free of charge under the warranty which we had purchased the battery from them. I will still recommend this place for being genuine and trying to help others with decent prices.

Blagg Tire is Amazing! Wes, the manager, was very nice and professional. I needed tires badly and he gave me an amazing deal on tires, alignment and oil change! They also help a local non profit who helps single moms in need, so you will not only get a great deal and friendly service, but you will also be helping a good cause.

I discovered a nail in my tire on the morning of the eclipse. I was planning to drive back to Colorado immediately after the eclipse. Even though they were busy, they took my car back immediately and fixed it within 30 minutes. They understood the urgency. I got my car back at 12:30 PM just in time to get to my viewing spot of the eclipse. The staff was friendly, extremely helpful and understanding. I wish I had a car place like this in Colorado. Any Auto service workers from this shop are welcome to stay at my house in 2045 when the eclipse comes to Colorado. Just reach out to me.
