I needed an alternator replacement - Blagg was able to get me scheduled right away. I called several shops including multiple dealerships, and while Blagg was still in the same range as the other quotes - they came out the least expensive. The staff is extremely friendly. You can tell they care about their reputation and customers! I would definitely consider them again for future car work.

Paul and Kyle took care of me when my car was having issues and in a time crunch! I asked them to quote my tires while i waited and they were much more affordable then thr shop i went to last. They have always been a great local option but todays service went over and above and made me feel compelled to come here and tell everyone about it. Outstanding customer service! Took my C10 to get some bushings replaced they were very polite and professional. I received a phone call after dropping it off that some other parts of the suspension needed to be addressed. The price did increase but it wasn’t egregious or out of the ballpark for what needed to be done. They are honest and friendly will def be back.

My truck had some suspension issues on 121, so i had it towed to blagg. While i was anticipating being sold parts and services I didnt need, Blagg Auto addressed the necessary items to get me back on the road without the stereotypical repair shop nonsense. Honest, transparent, and fair arent good enough descriptive words to define them. Will recommend and use them again for future needs.

Haha had to talk about the service, never seen anything like it. Unbelievably nice, jumped right into action. They didn’t have what I needed, so immediately called the closest tire spot. They went and picked up my tires, started changing out right away, so i went to the neighboring coffee shop. They tried calling me to tell me things were finished, and I missed the call, so they came right over into the coffee shop to update me. Unbelievably friendly service, Christopher and the rest of the crew were great. Felt like the kind of neighborly service you don’t get to see as often anymore. 👍👍

Came in today for the first time to get a tire looked at due to it having a slow leak. Chris at the front desk was super nice and helpful. Ended up having a small piece of metal in the tire that they removed, patched and rotated all tires in no time! Will for sure be back in the future.

I purchased a complete set of new tires from a different tire shop and later noticed a vibration. Took it back to original shop multiple times and many back and forth conversations was told there was nothing more they could do for me. Brought it to Blaggs and these guys have gone over and beyond what I could ask of them to fix the issue. Communicating and showing me issues along the way. I believe I have found my new tire shop even though it is a bit of a drive for me. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for outstanding customer service and workmanship.

The customer service is very welcoming. The service is fast and friendly. It is very hard to find a good tire shop where they don’t try to bust your head they try to save you as much money as they can I love it they go over and beyond to satisfy every customer it was a pleasure to be able to take my car up there. I have found a new tire shop & auto service for my car in my overall experience was a 10 out of 10. Highly recommend

My low tire pressure came on when I was entering grapevine coming from Dallas and once I completed my job I went to the nearest tire shop and found Blagg, Cris was very welcoming as were all the guys working, helped fill up my tire and made sure to reassure me I’d be safe on my way home! Had the unfortunate luck of needing a tire repair on my Jeep Wrangler after one of my tires was punctured by a random wheel weight in Dallas. Called Blagg to come in for an expedient tire patch appointment, and they were more than accommodating to fit me in last minute. Andy the Tire Magician somehow miraculously plugged up the gaping hole in my tire so I could happily be on my way back home. If your 4x4 off-roader ever needs a tire repair in Dallas I highly recommend you swing by Blagg Tire in Grapevine!
