Here's my Blagg Tire & Service story:

I'm the rare car-girl who is never taken seriously when I take my car in for service. I've resorted to doing the majority of the work at friend's garages or makeshift shops because I know it's being done right and I'm able to learn more about my car. Since moving back to the DFW area, I was hesitant to take my car to a shop but I didn't have tools at my disposal so I needed to find someone...quick, my spark plugs needed to be replaced and that's not my favorite thing to replace. I called a friend of mine at NAPA and he gave me an excellent referral to Blagg Tire & Service in Downtown Grapevine, TX.

As soon as I walked in, the Blagg Tire & Service team listened to what I needed and treated me with respect. I've been into the car enthusiast hobby for about 10 years and haven't received this type of service...EVER! Because of the service I've received, I've visited Blagg numerous times in the year I've been home for miscellaneous maintenance and regular oil changes. My little Mustang GT is going on 150K miles and things need to be replaced and upgraded.

This past weekend, I had a list of things that needed to be taken care of on my car; alignment, new back tires, oil change and radiator pressure testing. As I'm standing at the counter, I realize this would be a great time to get a pedicure. I promptly ask Beth if she knows of a place close by because I'm without a car and will need to walk. She helps me find a place and says that she will be able to take me there. I don't know about you, but I've never heard of a car shop offering to take someone to go get a pedicure, but apparently there is one out there; Blagg Tire & Service in Grapevine, TX. Not only did they offer to take me but also Andy said that I needed to call when I was done so they could come pick me up.

Curtis, Andy, Dustin, Beth and the rest of the crew have all been extremely helpful for all of my car needs. Whether it's changing my oil or replacing my spark plugs, Blagg has always taken care of me with the utmost customer service. I will always drive from N. Dallas to Grapevine for regular oil changes and maintenance. Thanks Blagg Tire & Service Team, ya'll are the best!

The staff there was very helpful and I felt very comfortable entrusting you with my vehicle. As promised, the repair was very quick, and the work was up to my standards. Since all that was wrong was a tire problem, no other services were recommended, however I feel confident that if you had seen any other problems you would have brought them to my attention.
